Enterprise RAG Across Millions of Documents
Snowflake Cortex Search enabled the client to access insights from millions of HR documents using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Representatives can quickly access relevant, cited answers drawn from complex policy and operational content, making it easier to respond with speed and confidence.
Scalable, Native Deployment
The solution was delivered through a FastAPI application running in Snowpark Container Services, creating a secure, containerized architecture that scales with demand and serves as a launchpad for broader AI adoption across the organization.

The platform reduced case resolution time by more than 85%, helping representatives move from manual research and response workflows to AI-supported resolution in seconds. This improvement accelerated service delivery and increased operational responsiveness across high-volume HR inquiries.
