SkillBridge is a U.S. Department of Defense program providing opportunities for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of service.
Service members participating in SkillBridge continue to receive their military compensation and benefits, while industry partners provide civilian work experience and job training.
Our typical SkillBridge internship lasts for 60-90 days and has components:
