A large pharmaceutical company was looking to reduce the time its central data and analytics team spent on small analytics projects. Enabling business users to self-serve small use cases was identified as a possible solution. However, the company needed assistance setting up a self-sufficient user community and ensuring its members had the necessary technical skills to support their respective business units’ data analytics requirements efficiently.

Our Approach

Aimpoint Digital created a framework, leveraging our proprietary trainings and assets, for a thriving Superuser community and an internal COE. This included a tailored upskilling program for business users based on their roles, helping them build their analytics solutions. We worked closely with the Data & Analytics team to deliver a 9-month blended training program that upskilled the Superusers across a technology stack that included Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL.
