
Alaisha is a Data Engineer at Aimpoint Digital who is passionate about learning and leveraging her skills to find creative solutions and insights.
Prior to joining Aimpoint, Alaisha was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Stanford University, where she completed her MS in Mechanical Engineering. Her research focused on tracking and predicting objects, passing maneuvers, and integrating perception data into motion planning for autonomous vehicles. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Alaisha is an active volunteer and believes in contributing to every community she is part of. She has held leadership roles at every level within the National Society of Black Engineers, strongly supporting their mission to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact their communities.
In her free time, Alaisha loves to bake, read, paint, and listen to (and loudly sing along with) musical theater soundtracks and pop songs from the 2000s
