
Anya brings over 15 years of experience across tech, consulting, financial services, and the creative industries.
Before joining Aimpoint, Anya was a one-person data team at a tech startup developing a SaaS platform for the construction industry. She scoped and executed data projects using dbt, Fivetran, Google BigQuery, Python, and Looker. Prior to that, she worked as a Data Analytics Consultant specializing in Tableau and Alteryx. A strong believer in knowledge sharing, Anya helped organizations introduce data analysis and visualization tools into everyday workflows, develop data strategies, and automate manual processes.
Anya began her career as a Senior Consultant at EY before returning to academia to pursue an MA in History and Business of Art and Collecting at the University of Warwick. There, she analyzed historical art market data to uncover correlations between key events and artworks’ commercial perception and prices. After completing her MA, she worked in sales and marketing for artists and cultural organizations, quantifying the performance of marketing campaigns, digital communications, and events.
Beyond her daily work, Anya is a Tableau Visionary, DataDev Ambassador, and co-organizer of the Data + Women Netherlands community. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, generative arts, and exploring local museums.
