Becca Ennis

Becca is a data and analytics leader with over 12 years of experience helping organizations transform complex data into actionable insights. She specializes in partnering with business and technical teams to design scalable analytics solutions that enable smarter decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Becca spent more than a decade at Advarra (healthcare & clinical research domain), where she led Data & Analytics Engineering teams responsible for designing and supporting enterprise analytics solutions. During her tenure, she helped modernize the company's data ecosystem through the adoption of cloud-based technologies including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Sigma, and Databricks.  

Becca is passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology. She enjoys tackling complex challenges, mentoring teams, and helping organizations establish strong data foundations that support long-term growth and innovation.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, staying active through strength training and running, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Becca lives in the Madison, Wisconsin area with her husband, three children, and their dog, Bucky.
