Ben Hoffmann

Ben is a Senior Data Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and building data solutions. His technical expertise spans data pipelines, ETL architecture, data integration, healthcare analytics, and master data management, as well as cloud platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.

At Aimpoint Digital, he has worked on projects building master data management solutions and writeback workflows with Sigma and Slack integration.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Ben specialized in healthcare software, supporting Healthcare CRM and EHR platforms. As a CRM Data Integration Lead, he led data pipeline design, development, and implementations as well as data migration projects. As a Reporting Lead at Epic, he oversaw design, development, training, and incident management for hospital patient movement, and capacity management.

In his free time, he enjoys logging long rides on the bike trails.
