Caitlin brings a strong background in project and program management, with a proven ability to implement best practices across industries such as retail, insurance, and fintech. She is passionate about using project management methodologies to empower teams and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

At Aimpoint Digital, Caitlin focuses on integrating structured project management frameworks that enhance client support and drive exceptional results. Her expertise includes building and scaling project portfolios and programs that align with organizational goals.

Before joining Aimpoint, Caitlin served as Director of Project Management at Covered Insurance, where she played a key role in establishing and expanding the company’s Project Management Office (PMO). She led a wide range of initiatives, including software implementations, offshore team development, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-departmental training programs to embed project management best practices.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys frequent trips to Disney World, working out at the gym, and watching every true crime series Netflix has to offer.
