Carlos is a Mathematical Engineer who enjoys using data to solve complex problems and support better decision-making. His background spans data analytics, data science, and mathematical modeling, and he has experience building algorithms, developing BI solutions, and creating dashboards using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. He is passionate about continuous learning, collaborating with others, and knowledge sharing.​

Before joining Aimpoint, Carlos was the first Data Analyst at a transportation and logistics company, where he developed optimization models and business intelligence solutions to improve internal operations and helped clients optimize their logistics networks. His work delivered measurable business impact, including generating more than 45.000 USD in cost savings for a key client within just three months.

In his spare time, he plays basketball (amateur), plays videogames (also amateur) and share time with his family, partner and friends.
