Caro Smith

Caro brings expertise in data analytics and management, and in leading teams to provide timely, efficient, and effective solutions. She has a passion for problem-solving, finding creative solutions, and streamlining processes to maximize accuracy and productivity.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Caro worked as the Associate Director of Data Efficiency at Walden University, where she created the department, saved the university more than 3,000 hours of staff work per year, and expanded the data available to the university through advanced analytics and self-service dashboards. Additionally, she created and oversaw technical training for faculty and staff.

Caro earned a BA in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College, a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota, and a Master’s in Intelligence Studies from American Military University. In her free time, you’ll find her in her makerspace—working on 3D printing, sewing costumes, making jewelry, or trying to find space for new crafts. She is also a roller derby and soccer fan (Go Loons!).
