Emily Miley is an Engagement Manager in the Analytics Strategy practice, where she partners with organizations to modernize their data capabilities and unlock analytical decision-making. With a focus on transformation and change management, she helps clients navigate complex data landscapes and build self-service analytics capabilities.
Before Aimpoint, Emily led strategic enterprise data and analytics initiatives at InterWorks, working with a wide range of clients—Fortune 100 companies, large pharmaceutical organizations, public sector agencies, and startups. She focused on strategizing modern data systems, migrating clients to new BI platforms, and growing key accounts. The work touched different parts of their businesses: finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Geography from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, fly fishing with her husband and their blue heeler Gracie, caring for her houseplants, and exploring new recipes.
