Eric offers a calm and focused approach to software and project delivery, leveraging his tested professional services and project management experience in the healthcare, EHR, and CRM fields. He brings his drive for organization, collaboration, and success to projects and programs at any scale.

At Aimpoint Digital, Eric deploys his deep expertise in guiding enterprise transformations to design and deploy structures that will lead to successful project leadership across all practices. He is enthusiastic about creating repeatable, intuitive project and program management frameworks that bring value to our clients and internal workstreams.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Eric held leadership and delivery positions at WebMD Ignite and Epic Systems, owning large-scale EHR and CRM implementations with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the US. He has consistently served as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations adopt new data architectures, improve operational efficiency, and transition toward more scalable, data-driven processes.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys board games and video games with his wife and friends, playing LEGO with his nephews as often as possible, and woodworking and other DIY crafting around the house.
