Gloria White is a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead at Aimpoint Digital with more than five years of experience recruiting top talent for high-growth technology organizations. She specializes in technical recruiting, talent strategy, workforce planning, and building scalable hiring processes that help organizations attract and retain exceptional talent. Gloria partners closely with leaders across engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, and business functions to identify candidates who drive meaningful business impact.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Gloria held technical recruiting roles at Dolby Laboratories and Salesloft, where she led full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering, product, cybersecurity, and leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has built strategic sourcing programs, supported global hiring initiatives, partnered on diversity recruiting efforts, and helped organizations scale during periods of rapid growth. Gloria is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and connecting talented people with opportunities where they can thrive.

Gloria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Auburn University.
