Jake brings over a decade of experience driving operational excellence and delivering scalable solutions across professional services and technology organizations. At Aimpoint Digital, he leads the development of Engineering’s managed services function, building the infrastructure, processes, and delivery models needed to support long-term client success.

Before joining Aimpoint, Jake held leadership roles in healthcare technology, insurance software, and digital media, where he built and optimized delivery frameworks for complex, multimillion-dollar programs. He is known for aligning teams and connecting business strategy with technical execution to drive measurable results.

Jake holds a Master of Administration from Northern Arizona University and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Practitioner (LBBP). He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their 15-year-old dog.

Fun Fact
Jake loves traveling with his wife, family, and friends. Since the pandemic, he’s explored six countries and two U.S. islands—Egypt, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. A personal highlight was visiting the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, a dream since he first learned about them in school.
