Jess brings a passion for helping small to mid-sized companies harness their data for strategic decision-making and process automation. At Aimpoint Digital, she contributes to the Data Analytics practice by enabling organizations to unlock the full potential of their data.
Previously, Jess made a significant impact at a direct-to-consumer produce startup, where she built a centralized data infrastructure, launched a self-service reporting suite, and demonstrated how data can drive key business decisions and shape marketing and operational strategies. Before that, she partnered with the retail operations team at a leading tele-dentistry company to improve store profitability and support international expansion.
