Johana Cadavid

Johana is passionate about guiding individuals and organizations through change and transformation. She specializes in helping leaders inspire and motivate their teams, using a systemic perspective and strong facilitation skills to foster collaboration and cohesion across groups.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Johana led the Organizational Development program at one of Latin America's top universities and served as a People and OD Manager at a tech startup. In both roles, she helped shape strategies for learning, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal. Her adventurous spirit has taken her around the world—living in China, Mexico, Canada, and now back in her hometown of Bogotá, Colombia.

Outside of work, Johana enjoys writing, staying active, and exploring how Buddhist teachings can be integrated into daily life to inspire more meaningful and reflective living.
