Joseph Alter

Joseph is a data and analytics leader who pairs high-level data strategy with hands-on architecture. He helps organizations turn complex data estates into decisions executives can actually act on.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Joseph was Vice President of Data Analytics at Dynasty Financial Partners, a fintech and RIA platform company, where he led the technical buildout of both their product and enterprise analytics suite. Before Dynasty, he spent four years at 3Cloud (and its predecessor, CCG), growing from platform delivery into client-facing data architecture and advisory work.

Joseph holds an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from Florida State University, as well as a BS in Business & Advertising/Public Relations from Florida Southern College. He also holds Microsoft’s Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certifications.

Joseph lives just outside of Tampa, Florida with his wife, their two young children, and their dog. In his free time, he’s usually somewhere near water, planning a trip, or deep in a sci-fi novel.
