Justin Davis

Justin leads Analytics Modernization at Aimpoint Digital, where he helps enterprises migrate off legacy tools onto modern BI and self-service analytics platforms — and stand up the governance, adoption, and centers of excellence that make those platforms last. In the age of AI, a modern, well-governed analytics environment is what determines whether an organization's AI ambitions ever reach production, and that is the foundation Justin's work delivers.

Over the last several years he has overseen some of the largest analytics platform migrations in the market. He approaches them as strategic opportunities rather than lift-and-shift projects — helping clients decide what's worth moving before they invest, so they build a better landscape instead of replicating the old one — and makes sure each engagement ends with the client's own team able to run the platform without Aimpoint.

Among the enterprise programs he has overseen:

• A 711-user migration that rationalized 20,000+ workflows and eliminated 83% of technical debt on schedule, recognized with the 2025 Dataiku FrontRunner Award.
• A Fortune 10 healthcare migration, among the largest in the Dataiku partner ecosystem.
• A global insurer's finance organization, where a hub-and-spoke center of excellence drove 230+ automated use cases and $538K in annual productivity gains.

Justin built the assessment-to-delivery migration framework Aimpoint runs across these engagements, and its agentic successor — using Claude to accelerate how the firm assesses and delivers migrations. He is a Claude Certified Architect.

Prior to Aimpoint Digital, Justin was a Senior Manager at JLL, where he helped lead the Americas Business Intelligence team. Before that, he spent several years in the mortgage servicing industry leading a team of analysts delivering bespoke reporting solutions.

Justin is an alumnus of Virginia Tech, where he earned a BA in Economics and a BS in Statistics.

Justin resides in Greenville, South Carolina, where he and his wife raise their four young children. In his spare time, Justin enjoys live music, trying new coffees, and cheering on the Hokies with his friends and family.
