Kaitlin recently led a high-impact initiative for Smurfit Westrock, identifying and scaling analytics use cases that resulted in over $250,000 in savings in just eight weeks. The effort focused on aligning analytics with business priorities, leveraging value storytelling, and enabling cross-functional teams to embrace self-service tools like Alteryx.
Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Kaitlin was an Analytics Program Manager and Tableau Product Owner, leading platform strategy and delivering value through agile methodologies. She also built and led the Analytics Center of Excellence at Insight Global, aligning business needs with data capabilities and fostering a culture of self-service. She holds her Alteryx Designer Core and Advanced certifications and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University.
