
Kate is a Data Engineer with a strong foundation in data analytics and engineering across industries such as D2C e-commerce, retail, health and wellness, and non-profit. She is passionate about solving infrastructure and analytics challenges with creativity and efficiency.
Before joining Aimpoint, Kate worked with early-stage startups, guiding them through transitions from fragmented data tools and sources to modern data stack infrastructure—including dbt Labs, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Looker. Her work made data more accessible and self-serve for both internal and external stakeholders.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College, majoring in Psychology with minors in Linguistics and Geology, and a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University. In her free time, Kate enjoys attending concerts, traveling, photography, and spending time with her dogs.
