LaShay has 10+ years of experience across business strategy and analytics. She has led technical teams through large-scale, innovative programs, and has been recognized by colleagues for her ability to extract actionable insights from complex analysis, crafting clear stories for non-technical audiences.
Before joining Aimpoint Digital, LaShay led a supply chain data science team at Starbucks, where she oversaw the development and sustainment of a new, automated food forecasting and ordering algorithm for all North America stores. She also has prior strategy consulting experience with a focus in analytics and process optimization.
LaShay has a Master's degree in Business Analytics from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and dual B.A.s in Statistics and Sport Management from Rice University.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading (historical fiction and thrillers), cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and exploring Houston's many restaurants.
