Lindsay Norcom

Lindsay manages strategic relationships with Aimpoint Digital’s channel partners, including Dataiku and Snowflake. She plays a key role in building and nurturing partnerships that drive growth and innovation.

Before joining Aimpoint, Lindsay worked at a digital consulting firm where she transitioned from Recruiting Leadership into a Partner Manager role, helping to launch the company’s first channel partner program. Her background also includes a career in education, having served as a school counselor in Georgia’s largest public school system.

Lindsay holds both a Master’s and an Education Specialist degree in School Counseling from Georgia State University. Her passion for servant leadership and her diverse professional experience allow her to bring empathy, insight, and a people-first approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, in their hometown of Atlanta, GA. She loves treasure hunting at antique stores and estate sales, cheering on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Atlanta Falcons, and making memories with her niece and nephews.
