Marilyn Mateus

Marilyn is a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant with experience helping organizations transform data into strategic business decisions. She specializes in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions, combining business strategy, process optimization, and modern BI platforms to drive measurable impact.

Throughout her career, Marilyn has partnered with organizations across consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences, leading business intelligence and analytics initiatives that improve decision-making and operational performance.  

Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick. She spent her university years playing on the Universidad de los Andes women’s soccer team, including representing the university in an international trip to Argentina.

Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys staying active through tennis and fitness, and spending quality time with her family.
