Megan Williams

Megan is a Recruiting Manager at Aimpoint Digital, specializing in top-tier talent acquisition through relationship building and innovative marketing strategies. She is committed to earning trust and credibility with candidates by leading with honesty and empathy, always placing the candidate experience at the forefront. By partnering closely with both candidates and hiring teams, Megan ensures a seamless and transparent hiring and onboarding process.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Megan worked in healthcare as a physician recruiter with a focus on Neurology. As the lead recruiter and account manager for National Account businesses, she cultivated relationships with health system executives and sourced Neurologists aligned with client needs.

Megan lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, young son, and two rescue dogs—Ella, a Labrador, and Kirby, a Golden Retriever. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
