
Michelle has broad experience in analytics strategy and operating model development, helping clients achieve their analytics vision. Michelle has worked extensively with clients in Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, and Government, bringing expertise in analytics strategy definition, operating model design, strategic roadmap development, talent strategy, and transformation project delivery.
Prior to joining Aimpoint, Michelle was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Analytics Strategy group. She partnered with Fortune 500 clients to assess current analytics capabilities and define future needs. Michelle has collaborated with C-suite executives and analytics/digital leaders to establish enterprise- and business-unit-level analytics operating models. Her focus areas have included business analysis, process design, and use case definition. She is also delivery-oriented and has supported clients in implementing their operating models.
Before her time at Accenture, Michelle was a consultant at Capgemini, specializing in business analysis and project management.
