Miguel Segura’s expertise lies in Business Intelligence, governed metrics, and executive reporting. With 6+ years of experience in analytics and operations, he builds stable semantic models and Power BI solutions that turn raw data into trusted dashboards leaders can actually run the business with. Miguel is known for repairing inconsistent reporting, defining metrics clearly, and enabling stakeholders to self-serve with confidence.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Miguel served as a Continuous Improvement Analyst (Data & Business Intelligence), where he proactively replaced spreadsheet reporting with governed Power BI scorecards for LATAM sales and operations, creating consistent visibility across regions. He standardized core CX KPI definitions and ownership (CSAT, NPS, AHT, QA, FCR), built automated intake-to-dashboard pipelines, and authored runbooks, data dictionaries, and quality checklists to improve data trust and adoption. Earlier in his career, Miguel led frontline teams as a Supervisor and built real-time performance reporting that supported daily course correction.

Miguel completed Electrical Engineering coursework at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá (2016–2018) and has been self-taught in analytics through hands-on delivery and continuous practice.
