Mike Czerwinski

Mike works in our Decision Sciences Practice and brings over 4 years of experience in technology consulting as well as 4 years of ML engineering experience in the finance sector. His background sits at the intersection of software engineering and machine learning engineering, with a focus on building scalable solutions for enterprise-wide ML platforms.  

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Mike built agentic workflows enabling automated codebase transformations and migrations at scale. He also contributed to enterprise-wide platforms, developing analytics solutions for a custom, proprietary feature store and  providing actionable insights to the feature platform’s leadership and product partners, as well as the data scientist and ML engineer end-users.  

Earlier in his career, Mike worked in the government consulting industry. He contributed to custom modules within an MES platform, enabling integrations between manufacturing environments and backend databases for features such as defect tracking and production quality analytics. He also contributed to a cross-agency initiative to build a unified analytics and visualization platform for immigration statistics, supporting data engineering pipelines as well as predictive modelling and reporting capabilities.
