Molly Harras

Molly has a background in data analytics and engineering within the energy sector. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, minoring in Creative Writing. During and after college, she worked at Pioneer Natural Resources, where she developed impactful data and reporting tools using Alteryx, Power BI, and Python. She also created and taught a day-long introductory Power BI course and mentored summer interns to support the next generation of data professionals.

In the Alteryx community, Molly is recognized as a back-to-back Grand Prix champion, winning the 2023 and All Stars 2024 competitions at Alteryx Inspire Las Vegas, highlighting her ability to perform under pressure and her love for solving puzzles. In her career, she strives to help others by designing end-to-end solutions, providing thorough documentation, and finding ways to have fun along the way.
