Mónica is a Systems Engineer with more than 16 years of experience in data and analytics consulting, delivering data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance solutions across a wide range of industries, including Brewing, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Government, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, and Transportation.

She holds an MS in Visual Analytics and Big Data and a specialization in Business Intelligence, and she has earned multiple Microsoft certifications across Azure data engineering, database administration, and Power BI analytics. Throughout her career, she has designed analytical models, built integration processes, and translated business requirements into scalable information solutions.  

She has delivered end to end analytical platforms spanning both traditional data warehouses and modern lakehouse architectures, and has led the design, standards, and best practices for Microsoft Fabric implementations, streamlining data integration across sources and enabling automated monitoring of the data lifecycle. She has also managed Business Intelligence projects and served as an instructor for Oracle Business Intelligence training programs, combining technical depth with leadership and knowledge transfer skills.
