Nathalia Mesa

Nathalia brings a unique blend of engineering and social sciences to her work in data analysis, combining structured thinking with a human-centered approach. She is passionate about uncovering insights that drive meaningful outcomes and foster collaboration.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Nathalia worked in academia, conducting data analysis for educational research. She later transitioned to the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) department at Steward Health Care, applying her analytical skills to improve data quality and support healthcare operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and a Master of Science in Education. In 2022, Nathalia was selected for the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP), a prestigious initiative by Global Affairs Canada that promotes academic exchange and leadership development across the region.

Outside of work, Nathalia enjoys coloring, exploring coffee shops, and going on walks with her anxious but loyal dog, Annie.
