
Nathalia is an analytics consultant with a background in engineering and social sciences, bringing a structured and systems-oriented approach to analytics. She focuses on helping organizations structure, model, and deliver data in ways that support decision-making and collaboration.
At Aimpoint Digital, Nathalia contributes to projects involving analytics workflow modernization, business intelligence, and analytics enablement. Her work includes improving complex reporting models, supporting the transition from legacy analytics processes to modern data platforms, and developing training materials that help teams adopt new analytics capabilities.
Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Nathalia conducted data analysis for educational research and later worked in healthcare data operations at Steward Health Care, supporting patient identity management and data quality initiatives involving protected health information.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and a Master of Science in Education. In 2022, she was selected for the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program by Global Affairs Canada.
Outside of work, Nathalia enjoys coloring, exploring coffee shops, and going on walks with her dog Annie.
