Nisha Mandujano

Nisha enjoys developing creatively simple solutions for complex business problems. She has spent the past seven years bridging the gap between business and technology while continuously adding tools to her toolkit that serve across the data pipeline. She is a strong believer that business and technology ultimately come down to the people who use them, and she values tailoring each product to best suit the needs of her clients.

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Nisha worked as a data analytics consultant with CapTech Ventures, partnering with clients in the healthcare, sports, and beverage industries. She developed solutions ranging from ETL optimization to KPI heat maps. Nisha holds certifications in dbt, AWS, Agile, and Alteryx.

Nisha resides in Brooklyn, NY. She holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Minor in German from Georgia Tech. In her free time, she can be found playing soccer or watching her favorite sports teams, Atlanta United and Real Madrid. She also enjoys spending time in nature, whether that’s hiking, biking, or turtle-watching.
