Olena Khmil is an experienced Strategic Alliance leader with a proven track record of building high-impact partner ecosystems. As a Senior Alliance Manager, Olena specializes in driving joint go-to-market initiatives, strengthening strategic relationships, and turning complex partnership programs into measurable business results. Known for strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making, she brings a structured yet entrepreneurial approach to accelerating partner-led growth.

Prior to joining the company, Olena was the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Alliances at Encora, where she spent 6+ years cultivating high-value relationships with partners including AWS, Snowflake, and Adobe.

Olena holds a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.

Outside of work, she loves exploring new restaurants, going on nature hikes, and traveling whenever she can.
