Olivia Dowd

Olivia is a Senior Project Manager who partners with clients to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable progress across analytics, data engineering, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives. She brings a structured yet collaborative approach to delivery—ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility, well‑defined expectations, and confidence in the project’s direction. Her experience spans consulting, organizational strategy, education, and cross-functional program leadership, allowing her to translate technical work into outcomes that resonate with both business and technical audiences.

Before joining Aimpoint, Olivia managed a diverse portfolio of analytics and technology programs at Armanino, including data platform modernization, Azure migration efforts, RPA deployments, and multi‑system SaaS integrations. She has led large, multi-team delivery efforts, partnered closely with C‑suite stakeholders, and built governance models that strengthen execution and reduce risk. Olivia’s background also includes leading organization-wide change initiatives and managing a federal grant portfolio, giving her a deep understanding of how people, processes, and technology come together to support successful transformation.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys reading, visiting DC’s many museums, thrifting and travelling the world. Her favorite destinations are Ho Chi Minh and Ljubljana.
