Sebastian Gil

Sebastian is a data engineer with a strong focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure, building data solutions across diverse services and clouds. He’s experienced using tools like GCP, Airflow, and AWS.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Sebastian worked at Banco de Bogotá, one of the largest banks in Colombia and Latin America, where he migrated critical processes from on-premises environments to cloud platforms, building data pipelines under strict data governance guidelines. He also onboarded different teams across the organization to share knowledge and encourage them to access data and use cloud platforms to optimize their processes.

Sebastian holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC). He enjoys playing video games, watching football matches, and loves cats.
