Shipra brings years of experience driving operational excellence, with a proven track record in leading multifaceted teams, managing intricate budgets, and delivering solutions that boost outcomes and efficiency. She is known for navigating complex projects and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, she worked as the Business Operations Lead for Accenture’s Houston Innovation Hub, overseeing operational planning, project pipeline, and revenue management. Prior to that, she was a technology consultant in Accenture’s healthcare practice. Shipra earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring Houston’s restaurant scene, listening to audiobooks, and traveling to new places.
