Tanika Evans

Tanika Evans is an Analytics Strategy Consultant at Aimpoint Digital. She brings a strong foundation in analytics-driven strategy, business operations, and executive-level problem solving, with a focus on helping organizations translate data into clear, actionable decisions.

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Tanika worked at Texas Capital Bank, where she supported the Chief of Staff for Corporate and Investment Banking. In this role, she partnered closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, performance reporting, and analytical insights used to inform decision-making across corporate and investment banking functions. Her work required synthesizing complex information, aligning stakeholders, and improving how data was used to support business priorities.

Tanika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University, where she developed a strong quantitative and business foundation that continues to inform her analytics and strategy work.

Outside of work, Tanika enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, experimenting with mixology, and expressing her creativity through designing custom press-on nails as a personal artistic outlet.
