At Clayco, he partnered with executives across departments—including Sales, Operations Finance, Recruiting, and People—to bring data to the forefront of strategic planning. His enterprise-level solutions connected and reported on key metrics across the organization. Prior to that, at Mastercard, he developed reports and dashboards viewed globally within the Global Customer Care division.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, bowling, playing pickleball, and exploring new restaurants.
