Before joining Aimpoint Digital, he played a key role in developing a state-of-the-art healthcare data tool using Databricks DLT, earning recognition as a Databricks Champion for his contributions.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys staying active, playing lacrosse, and participating in other sports.
