Daniela James

Daniela is an experienced operations and legal compliance leader with a track record of building structured, scalable organizations in complex regulatory environments. She brings a rare combination of legal rigor, operational instinct, and a genuine appetite for using technology to work smarter. Above all, Daniela believes that great operations start with great people, she is deeply committed to building meaningful workplace relationships and making the employee experience better every day.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Daniela served as Colombia Operations Director for NHJ Abogados, the Colombian entity of Johnson Law Group, where she built the entire operation from the ground up. Before that, she spent nearly four years as Colombia Operations Director at Biz Latin Hub, leading legal and administrative operations for clients across Latin America.

Daniela holds a Specialist degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, and a certification in Digital Transformation in the Legal Sector from Universidad de los Andes.

In her free time, Daniela loves to travel, try new restaurants and cuisines, and spend quality time with her family. She lives in Bogotá with her husband Rubén, their baby Tomás, and their two cats, Nina and Greta.
