Toyya Pujol-Gentry

Toyya brings deep expertise in customer behavior analysis and causal inference, with a strong foundation in statistical machine learning, network science, and simulation. Her work spans diverse domains including health, defense, workforce, and criminal justice, where she applies advanced analytics to solve complex problems and inform strategic decisions.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Toyya held various roles in government and research, where she supported federal agencies in tackling challenging policy questions through simulation modeling and data-driven analysis. She also has extensive experience in cost estimation, developing models to assess acquisition risks and their impact on cost outcomes. In addition to her technical work, Toyya has designed and led numerous training programs in data science and statistics, helping others build their analytical capabilities.

She is passionate about delivering high-quality decision-making tools and communicating insights in ways that drive action and clarity for clients.

Outside of work, Toyya enjoys nature walks, playing volleyball, and is currently learning to sing. She lives in the DC area with her husband and their dog.
