The client needed to enable their internal representatives to access and augment client account information during sales calls efficiently. With information scattered across various company locations, representatives struggled to gather relevant data quickly, leading to inefficiencies and potential inaccuracies in client interactions.
Our Approach
The Aimpoint Digital team implemented our flexible SearchGPT architecture within the company’s firewalled Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) leveraging an API developed in Dataiku. Utilizing the power of AI, Learning Language Models (LLMs), and embedded vector databases, SearchGPT allowed company employees to search their entire document database for information efficiently, all while maintaining the security their business requires.

SearchGPT architecture was augmented with multiple LLMs and regression testing scripts to create a robust LLM Ops lifecycle along with optional user feedback for model responses to ensure a future-proof implementation.
Data Integration
A vector database was built, including information from sources, including company locations, internal documentation, and client account information.
API Development
The Aimpoint Digital team bundled the data and the LLM into an API, leveraging Dataiku’s capabilities. This API was seamlessly integrated into Salesforce to extend the functionality of the platform.
